Completed Projects and Innitiatives

2021:

  • 07/18/2021: “Chinari”, Brooklyn, NY., Concert of George Gogidze, “Sing with Me”. Over 250 spectators from the target multiethnic and multicultural community of NY attended the concert.

  • 11/05/2021: “Baku”, Brooklyn, NY.  Concert of a Georgian songwriter and singer Giorgi Gogidze. Over 270 spectators from the target multiethnic and multicultural community of NY attended the concert.

2022:

  • 02/12/2022:  Irina Dance Academy Hall, Brooklyn, NY. A charity concert “Happy Valentine” for the students of the Academy who represent the diverse community, including those from the post-soviet countries.  This project was fully supported by CEF.

  • 06/11/2022: KoÅ›ciuszko Foundation House, Gala-Concert of Classical Music, organized by the CEF and Maestro Merab Ebralidze.  The Concert aimed at the popularization of classical music.  The select pieces of classical music were performed by the US and Georgia based pianists and vocalists.  A total of 16 musicians from the US, Germany, Georgia, and the other countries. A total of 150 spectators enjoyed the concert.  This project was fully supported by the CEF.

  • 11/15/2022: Kosciuszko Foundation House Gala-Concert dedicated to the 30-year anniversary of the U.S. -Georgia Diplomatic Relations. The project was implemented by the Tbilisi Opera and Ballet State Theatre in partnership with the Cultural and Educational Foundation and the American Culture Center.  This $15,000 project was supported by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Youth of Georgia, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, the Adjara Group and the Association Georgian Wine.

  • 12/11/2022: USA-Georgia Christmas Gala, a concert celebrating Christmas 2022 together with international soloists, as well as Georgian opera singers, dance crew, and young musicians and choir members.  A well-known Italian piano soloist Maestro Benigni performed on the piano. Georgian artists depicted their art works, and Georgian wine producers show-cased their traditional wine-making products at the reception of the event.  Maestro Merab Ebralidze together with the trio of classical music soloists performed Opera repertoire. A total of 270 spectators of the concert and exhibition benefited from this project.  This $12,000 project was supported by the Georgian diaspora and co-funded by the CEF and the concert participants.
